The search for the next generation of great artists begins with the first round of pre-recorded entries, shared each day at 10 am EDT. Young musicians from around the world perform a recital of works for solo violin and/or violin with piano accompaniment. The repertoire covers three centuries including works by Bach, Kreisler, Mozart, Paganini, Rode, Schubert and Telemann as well as each Senior competitor’s choice of a recently composed work for solo violin.
